The site, the instruments, and the desk are offered by Smitz Laboratories, Inc. as they stand. Use is acceptance of these terms.
As is
They are provided as is and as available. The laboratory disclaims every warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. There is no warranty that an instrument will be uninterrupted, that a draft will be right, or that a model will be correct.
A person decides
Output is not legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Part 67 Preview is not a medical certificate and not a determination by an examiner. The desk prepares a draft. A person sends it. The laboratory is not your counsel, physician, or employer.
Limit of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the laboratory is not liable for lost mail, lost drafts, lost time, or a decision taken from an instrument. If a liability remains, it is limited to the amount you paid the laboratory for that instrument in the prior twelve months, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing.
The account
The password is chosen when you return from the activation letter. Terms are required. Marketing is not. A written agreement, if one is signed, governs that work instead of this page.
