The record stays yours.
Smitz Laboratories, Inc. does not sell personal information. Mail is not for sale. Context is not for sale. An instrument that required you to move into someone else’s house would not be yours.
The mailbox
A mailbox you connect stays on the host you already pay for. The model comes to the mail. The mail is not annexed, and it is not used to train a model the laboratory sells. An agent does not act where a person cannot see, and it stops when a person says stop.
What is kept
A registration keeps the name, institution, role, email, phone, and whether marketing was accepted. The account password is held by the sign-in service as a hash. The laboratory does not keep the password. Correspondence you send to ai@smitzlabs.com is kept so a person can answer it. Nothing on the desk is sent until a person sends it.
What is not done
The site does not run an advertising tracker and does not sell a visitor list. The account uses one session cookie on smitzlabs.com so the desks can recognize a validated sign-in. Marketing is sent only if that box was checked.
Removal
Write ai@smitzlabs.com to be removed from the desk and from marketing. The laboratory will delete the contact it holds. Mail already in your own mailbox stays there, because that mailbox was never ours.
